Finance Analyst

This position reports into Marisca Ariani and is based in Jakarta.

What You Will Do

The Finance Analyst is responsible for supporting all general accounting and treasury-related activities in LGS Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting the complete and accurate accounting for all the account-to-report (ATR) and treasury activities that occur locally in Indonesia which are not covered in the Global / Regional hub
• Accountable for completeness, accuracy, and validity of the actuals reported within process/entity scope
• Ensure compliance in sourcing, contracts, and payments aligned with financial policies
• Knowledgeability of the Worldwide Procedures (WWP) and compliance requirements for respective areas
• Support SOX compliance initiatives and assist in ensuring alignment with corporate policies related to financial processes
• Regular review of balance sheet accounts in scope to minimize open items
• Execute process improvements, generating ideas, and implementation in line with global standards
• Generate ideas, foster, and implement continuous improvement mindset, identifying and pursuing process efficiency opportunities
• Ability to interact successfully with local teams while at the same time maintaining the GS standardized approach

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required, preferably in accounting or finance
• Experience in a shared service set-up and global account-to-report (ATR) function of a multinational corporation
• Experience in internal controls and audit support will be considered a plus
• Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail
• Proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership
• Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution

Desired Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Bahasa
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory compliance
• Experience in internal controls and audit support will be considered a plus
