We are looking for a Finance & HR Staff who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to support both financial operations and human resources processes. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a start-up and dynamic environment and can handle multiple responsibilities with accuracy.

Responsibilities
Finance
  • Handle daily bookkeeping, payment processing, and bank reconciliation
  • Manage petty cash and ensure proper financial documentation
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable
  • Coordinate with external auditors when needed
Human Resources
  • Manage employee attendance, leave records, and overtime
  • Handle recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interview scheduling)
  • Prepare employee contracts, onboarding, and personnel files
  • Support payroll calculation and BPJS administration
  • Assist with HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary documentation
Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, HR Management, or related field
  • Female, max. 35 years old
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Finance or HR (experience in both is a plus)
  • Upholds strong work ethics, maintains high integrity, and is capable of safeguarding confidentiality and accuracy of financial data.
  • Able to work self-disciplined, independent, and meet deadlines
  • Professional appearance and positive working attitude
  • Willing to work overtime when required
  • Good communication skills, well-organized, and detail-oriented
