About the Role

We are a growing startup looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Admin Lead to manage our finance operations and day-to-day administrative needs. This role focuses primarily on finance & accounting, while also supporting general administrative functions such as vendor coordination, purchasing, and office-related matters.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining financial discipline, improving processes, and ensuring smooth operations across teams. We’re looking for someone who enjoys both structure and adaptability — someone who can handle numbers, streamline systems, and keep things running efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting (70%)

  • Manage day-to-day finance operations: AR/AP, petty cash, reimbursements, and vendor payments.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports (cash flow, P&L, costing).
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
  • Liaise with external accountant/tax consultant for monthly closing and compliance.
  • Ensure timely invoice processing, documentation, and payment schedules.

Administration (30%)

  • Support purchasing, vendor coordination, and office operational needs.
  • Maintain accurate administrative and financial records.
  • Assist in managing company assets and inventory.
  • Support simple HR admin tasks such as maintaining employee data and documentation when needed.
Requirements
  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in finance & accounting; startup experience is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • High adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Tech-savvy: proficient in spreadsheets, accounting tools, and office software.
  • Good communication in English (written & spoken) is preferred.
