Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage and validate financial documents (invoices, receipts, purchase orders, payment records)
• Record daily financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly financial reports
• Handle billing processes and follow up on outstanding payments from customers
• Manage petty cash and perform bank reconciliations
• Support Finance & Accounting administrative needs, including going to the Bank
• Coordinate with internal departments related to financial documentation and payments

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
• Experience in creating or preparing Financial Reports & Tax Reports
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• In-depth understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (Income Tax & VAT)
• Familiarity with billing procedures and ability to work with targets (result‑oriented)
• Proficient in using accounting system applications
• Having knowledge of Jurnal Mekari and/or Odoo ERP is a plus
• Thorough, honest, proactive, communicative, and able to work to deadlines
• Experience managing Joint Ventures (JVs) is a plus
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Willing to be placed in Legok, Tangerang Regency
