Job summary

A logistics company in Jakarta is seeking a Senior Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the FAT field, with skills in account management and knowledge of taxation. Responsibilities include inputting accounting vouchers, managing journal entries, and preparing reports for audits. Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the FAT field.
• Prior experience in a Freight Forwarding or Logistics company is an advantage.
• Skilled in managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily input of accounting vouchers.
• Prepare and manage accounting journal entries.
• Maintain accurate recording of daily financial transactions.
• Review, verify, and organize original receipts and payment documents.
• Manage invoice purchases and issuance.
• Handle various administrative and financial support tasks.
• Prepare FAT-related reports for audits.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the FAT Manager.

1. Perform daily input of accounting vouchers
2. Prepare and manage accounting journal entries
3. Maintain accurate recording of daily financial transactions
4. Review, verify, and organize original receipts and payment documents
5. Manage invoice purchases and issuance, ensuring availability, accuracy, authenticity, and completeness
6. Handle various administrative and financial support tasks
7. Prepare FAT-related reports and documents for both Internal Audit and External Audit (KAP)
8. Carry out additional duties as assigned by the FAT Manager
