A leading retail firm in Jakarta is seeking a Finance, Accounting & Tax Supervisor to manage end-to-end finance processes, ensure compliance, and prepare financial reports. As a Finance, Accounting & Tax Supervisor at PT Rencana Terbaik Selamanya, you will be responsible for supervising end-to-end finance, accounting, and tax processes, ensuring accuracy of financial records and compliance across head office and franchise store operations.
This position is based in Jakarta and requires extended business travel to Surabaya as needed.
Supervising finance, accounting, and tax functions, including AP, AR, GL, and taxation
Preparing and reviewing financial reports, including balance sheet, profit & loss, and cash flow
Handling daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation for high-volume retail/minimarket transactions
Preparing financial and operational reports for franchise stores and business partners
Coordinating and delivering periodic financial reports to franchise partners, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Monitoring store performance, cost control, and margin analysis across multiple outlets
Managing tax compliance, including VAT, withholding tax, and monthly/annual tax reporting
Assisting in budgeting and forecasting related to store operations and expansion
Supporting finance operations at branch locations, including extended business travel to Surabaya
Coordinating with Operations, Store Team, and external parties (vendors, auditors, tax consultants)
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax roles, preferably at SPV level
Experience in retail, minimarket, or franchise business is strongly preferred
Solid understanding of multi-store reporting and franchise financial structures
Strong experience in financial reporting, reconciliation, and tax compliance
Proficient in accounting systems and Excel/spreadsheet tools
Detail-oriented, structured, and able to handle tight reporting deadlines
Good communication skills, especially when dealing with internal teams and franchise partners
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; Brevet A/B is a plus
Willing to travel and stay in Surabaya for an extended period when required
