About the role

Our Company is a manufacturing company in Beverage Industry. We are seeking an experienced Finance Accounting Tax Manager to join our team in Tangerang, Banten. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial accounting and tax compliance activities, playing a crucial part in supporting the overall business objectives.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage the end-to-end accounting function, including financial reporting, general ledger, accounts payable and receivable for several subsidiaries under the company’s group structure
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Oversee tax compliance and reporting, liaising with relevant authorities to maintain regulatory standards
• Develop and implement effective financial processes and controls to drive efficiency and mitigate risks
• Provide strategic financial advice and analysis to support business decision-making
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
• Will handle multiple entities of company's group

What we’re looking for

• Qualified accountant with 8+ years of post‑qualification experience in a similar role
• Proven track record in financial accounting, reporting and tax management within the consumer goods industry
• Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data
• Proficient in the use of Accurate software and MS Office suite
• Hands‑on experience in leading and developing high‑performing finance accounting tax teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in English is a plus
