Responsibilities

• Supervise daily finance, accounting, and tax operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly closing and financial reporting based on PSAK.
• Review journal entries, general ledger, AR/AP, and bank reconciliations.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.
• Oversee tax compliance (PPN, PPh 21/23/25/4(2), and annual corporate tax reports).
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for financial and tax matters.
• Improve accounting processes and ensure implementation of internal control systems.
• Lead, guide, and develop the finance & accounting team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Tax, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Background in e-commerce is preferred.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, Jurnal, or similar) and Excel.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
