• Accounting Staff
• Senior Finance Staff
• Accounting & Tax Supervisor

General Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel

Experience by Role

• Fresh Graduate welcome to apply for Accounting Staff
• Experience in Finance AP & AR for 1–2 years for Senior Finance Staff
• Experience in Accounting & Tax for 2-3 years for Accounting & Tax Supervisor

Responsibilities

Accounting Staff

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records
• Process journal entries, invoices, and bank reconciliations
• Assist in monthly and yearly closing processes

Senior Finance Staff

• Prepare AP/AR reports
• Record payment journals in the accounting system
• Handle customer billing
• Input financial transactions accurately and on time
• Monitor transactions for compliance and accuracy
• Process supplier payments as scheduled
• Ensure the Accounting Team performs daily audit trails for all financial transactions
• Ensure the Accounting & Tax Team carries out their duties and responsibilities properly
• Prepare the company’s monthly financial reports
• Manage and oversee accounting and tax operations
• Ensure monthly closing is completed on time
• Assist in checking compliance, accuracy, timeliness, and correctness of tax calculations, financial reporting, and audits

Accounting & Tax Supervisor

• Prepare the company’s monthly financial reports
• Manage and oversee accounting and tax operations
• Ensure monthly closing is completed on time
• Assist in checking compliance, accuracy, timeliness, and correctness of tax calculations, financial reporting, and audits

Assessment Questions

• How many years’ experience do you have as an Accounting Role?
• How many years’ experience do you have as a Taxation Accountant?
• How many years’ experience do you have as a Financial Staff?
