cmlabs is a brand under PT CMLABS INDONESIA DIGITAL, specializes in the SEO field, and was established in 2019. We use to stand in a new term as Software as a Service (SaaS) and located in two big cities in Indonesia, Jakarta, and Malang. This company was initiated with an idea to help companies or enterprises increase the visibility of their brand on the internet. cmlabs serve users in SEO Consultant, Content Writing, Content Marketing, and also have a product such as SERPs Trackers and SEO Tools. SEO Tools are free and available for users who focus on webmaster and SEO writing. cmlabs will expand to a bigger market to present SEO products and serve SEO activities on a global scale for enterprises.
Job Description
- Recording cash, bank, sales, purchases, receivables reports
- Checking Malang office petty cash reports and notes
- Create invoices and tax invoices
- Send soft copy invoices by email or hard copy for clients who require physical documents
- Make bill payments
- Salary payments
- Recording and checking Income Tax Withholding Proofs from clients
- Making financial reporting
- Prepare data required by tax consultants (Salary, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPN, Financial reports)
Qualifications
- Min Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience 2 years in finance or accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of meeting strict deadlines
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Willing to travel for business purposes
