Job summary

PT Himalaya Everest Jaya, based in West Jakarta, is seeking a skilled Finance & Accounting professional to manage day-to-day financial operations. The role involves recording transactions, preparing statements, handling accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and supporting monthly/ quarterly closings and tax compliance.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's in Accounting or related field, have 3–4 years of experience (fresh grads with internships welcome), and be proficient in Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Finance, Accounting and Tax functions.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Familiar with e-Faktur, Core Tax, and other tax reporting systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate recording in the accounting system.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
• Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor company cash flow.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Prepare and submit tax reports in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial and tax records.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
• Assist management with ad hoc financial and administrative tasks as needed.
