Job summary

A leading food trading company in Jakarta Barat is seeking a financial manager. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Mandarin and have over 5 years of financial management experience in multinational enterprises. Responsibilities include financial management, tax planning, and overseeing budgeting activities. A minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required, with relevant certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin, with relevant certification such as HSK 5-6.
• Knowledge of Chinese and Indonesian accounting policies.
• Understanding of Chinese and Indonesian tax policies.
• Experience in cost management and data analysis.
• Minimum 5 years of financial management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related fields.
• Mid-level accounting title or relevant financial certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve financial management systems and oversee financial statements.
• Organize and track the company's finance budget.
• Handle tax-related work and provide tax consulting.
• Conduct tax audit and provide Indonesia tax planning.
• Manage funds and maintain daily fund management.
• Oversee financial aspects of contracts and project financial management.
• Address additional financial management matters between Indonesia office and overseas headquarters.

a. Job Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin as daily working language, able to communicate effectively in daily work and professional interactions, those candidates with relevant certification such as HSK 5-6.
• Familiar with Chinese and Indonesian accounting policies, possessing comprehensive financial expertise, as well as experience in account review and report verification.
• Good understanding in Chinese and Indonesian tax policies, capable of coordinating the company’s tax planning and cash management.
• Proficient in cost management and data analysis, capable of performing budget control and financial analysis.
• Minimum 5 years of financial management experience in overseas (Chinese & Indonesia) enterprises or over 5 years of financial work experience in a multinational group company.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related fields.
• A mid-level accounting title or a relevant internationally recognized financial certification, such as CPA, ACCA, will be prioritized.

b. Job Responsibilities:

• Proficient in practical accounting management such as review, improve, and implement financial management system, manage accounting subjects and accounting rules, oversee the management of external financial statements and financial reports including coordinating annual audits and related-party transactions, etc.
• Budget managing including organize budgeting activities, prepare company finance budget, track and analyses budget, manage budget targets, etc.
• Tax management including tax-related work (tax registration for new businesses, daily tax reporting, annual tax reporting, and providing tax consulting related to contract signing for business departments) etc.
• Able to conduct tax audit and provide Indonesia tax planning according to the law and tax risk alert remind.
• Fund Management, include fund rolling plan and daily fund management.
• Business financial management including manage financial aspects of contract, oversee project financial management, and align business data with financial data.
• Handling other additional Financial Management Matters for between Indonesia office and overseas Headquarters (China).
