A leading clean water operator in Indonesia is searching for a Finance & Accounting Manager. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields and at least 7 years of finance experience, with 5 years in a leadership capacity. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or Business Management from a reputable university (Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or Brevet A/B are a plus).
Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting, with at least 5 years of proven leadership experience managing a team.
Strong expertise in Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, Accounting Standards (PSAK/IFRS), Tax Compliance, and audit processes.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial strategies, controls, and budgeting frameworks.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to accuracy, structure, and compliance.
Solid understanding of ERP or financial systems; experience with digital finance transformation is an advantage.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to be placed in Tangerang.
Develop annual financial strategies, work plans, and departmental targets.
Conduct detailed analysis of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow prepared by the General Accounting team.
Oversee and review all data preparation and reconciliation required by external auditors, including coordination of audit adjustments and finalization of audited financial statements.
Manage and evaluate data requests and reconciliations related to tax audits conducted by tax authorities.
Ensure full compliance with accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS), tax regulations, and internal controls.
Lead, coach, and develop the Finance & Accounting team to achieve performance goals.
Act as the key liaison with auditors, tax officers, banks, and internal management for all financial matters.
