Finance & Accounting Executive – Leading Electronic Brand

Location: North Jakarta

Reports To: Finance & Accounting Manager

What You’ll Do

• Handle daily accounting operations including General Ledger, AP, and AR.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Monitor invoices, payment schedules, and ensure timely collection and disbursement.
• Support monthly closing, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Liaise with cross-functional departments to support finance-related activities.
• Contribute to process improvements and accounting system accuracy.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4–5 years of experience in accounting (handling GL, AR, and AP).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and reporting standards.
• Preferably Mandarin-speaking to communicate with regional counterparts.
