Finance, Accounting and Tax Section Head

About the role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance, Accounting, and Tax Section Head to join our dynamic team at PT Trimitra Baterai Prakasa. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting records and timely reporting, maintaining tax compliance, and supporting management with data-driven financial insights for strategic decision-making.

What you'll be doing

Responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting and reporting processes to ensure accurate financial records, compliance with regulations, and effective decision-making support for the organization.

Responsible for managing daily accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.

Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate tax filings, maintaining compliance with applicable tax laws, and developing effective tax planning strategies to optimize the organization’s tax position.

Responsible for managing product and operational costing, analyzing cost variances, and providing insights to support pricing decisions, budgeting, and overall cost.

Responsible for leading and developing the finance, accounting, tax and IT team through effective coaching, performance management, and skill enhancement to ensure high productivity and professional growth.

Responsible for overseeing daily IT operations, ensuring system reliability, network security, and efficient support service to maintain smooth business technology performance.

What we're looking for

At least a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, preferably in Manufacturing Company.

Experience in dealing with audits, tax authorities and regulatory compliance.

Familiarity with ERP/Accounting system and financial management software.

Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling financial data.

Willing to be stationed in Cilincing area – Jakarta Utara.

Professional certification in financial and tax is an advantage.
