Finance Accounting and Tax Manager - Manufacture - Cikarang (C-120916)

Our client is a Multinational Manufacture company. Currently, they are looking forFinance, Accounting, and Tax Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain confidentiality of information, quality, health, safety & environment in a working area at the company.

Monitor financial data on the ERP system and ensure accuracy in transactions, accruals, and prepaid expenses.

Oversee month-end and year-end closing, ensuring compliance with audit adjustments.

Manage payroll by cost center and expense account for local and expat employees.

Ensure physical inventory matches ERP records and monitor company assets.

Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, P&L, and internal management reports.

Handle cash flow, accounts payable, and cash planning while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Review contracts, follow up on property insurance, and manage tax filings (CIT, VAT, PIT, FCWT).

Reconcile material balances in the customs system and coordinate with auditors for annual audits.

Communicate with tax authorities and ensure regulatory compliance.

Other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

Business English proficiency (proficiency in communicating with expatriates regarding business matters).

Min. 5 years as Finance Accounting Tax Manager in Multinational Manufacturing Company, experienced in communicating with tax authorities, reconciling material balance in customs systems, audit.

Own CFA certification.

Experienced in using accounting system.
