About the role
We are looking for an experienced Finance and Accounting professional to join our dynamic team at PT Korindo Inspirasi Inovasi. In this full-time role based in North Jakarta, Jakarta Raya, you will play a crucial part in managing the company's financial operations and reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely and accurate payment processing
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate accounting records
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and monitor financial performance against targets
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
• Support the implementation of financial controls and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business decision-making
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or a relevant qualification
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar finance and accounting role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic organisation
• Proficient in the use of financial software and spreadsheet applications
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across the organisation
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
