Responsibilities

• Conduct end to end training program given by Superiors.
• Work with Training Lead and L&D Team to match on timelines.
• Collaborate with Learning Content Specialist and department heads on training objectives.
• Utilize various instructional techniques and formats.
• Collect and analyze feedback from participants for improvements.

This position involves traveling to different sites, assessing training needs, developing training materials, conducting sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
