  • Work with Training Lead and L&D Team to match on timelines.
  • Collaborate with Learning Content Specialist and department heads on training objectives.
  • Utilize various instructional techniques and formats.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from participants for improvements.

Delivering training to employees at various locations, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and competencies to perform their roles effectively. This position involves traveling to different sites, assessing training needs, developing training materials, conducting sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

Qualifications

  • Create and collect report form from each handled training and analyze with L&D Content Specialist.
  • Create Regular Report to Training Manager.
  • Conduct Train the Trainer for Learning Agents.
