As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least twenty years' experience in workshop and unit rental in a multinational company for the job of Field Service Manager - Pump. The job is based in Cikarang, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:

• Direct reporting to Senior Manager Services
• Manage services and maintenance, to pump and perform projects on site
• Handle workshop for Pump Products and Services
• Provide functional support and technical advice to the operations team on a wide range of pump products
• Manage the Service & Delivery stage process for the customer
• Develop a project document as customer requirements
• Conduct maintenance and services for a pump product
• Develop a pump product especially for dewatering and dredging
• Coordinate with the manufacturing, purchasing, and engineering teams

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• At least twenty years' experience in pump services and workshop
• Experienced in managing the Service & Engineering team
• Product knowledge of Pump Products
• Strong knowledge of dewatering and dredging
• Good leadership and developing others
• Strong analytical skills
