Job summary

PT. TALENTA DAYAREKA INDONESIA is seeking a driven Sales Staff to engage new customers, conduct offline direct selling, and build lasting relationships. You will travel for field work, follow up on leads, and tailor offers to customer needs.

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or other relevant fields.

Responsibilities

• Conduct offline/direct selling activities to achieve sales targets.
• Perform canvassing and prospecting to acquire new customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Follow up on leads and prospects until transactions are closed.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable product offers or solutions.
• Work in the field and travel according to operational needs.
