Field Sales Executive (Semarang - Salatiga)
  • Prospecting & growing clients in the social commerce market
  • Continuous cold calling of prospective clients (UMKM/Social Commerce Sellers)
  • Arrange sales meetings with prospective clients
  • Track prospects - identify decision-makers, specific qualifications, the best solution that the company can offer - to meet specific client needs
  • Identify service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Manage key client accounts
  • Close sales and maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
  • Research and recommend new opportunities; suggest profit and service improvements
  • Manage and monitor day-to-day relationships and communications
  • Work closely with management and other departments to assist in market assessment and provide on-the-ground insights
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
