Job summary

PT Anugrah Indo Mandiri seeks a sales professional to drive customer acquisition and development in the assigned area. The role involves active field work to identify new business opportunities, maintain existing relationships, and achieve sales targets.

You will follow up on orders, report regularly, and travel within the coverage area. FMCG or related experience is preferred, with strong communication, negotiation skills, and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK, D3/S1 education (any major).
• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Distributor, HORECA, or General Trade.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Target orientation with track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to travel and be mobile per assigned area.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales and customer development activities in the assigned area.
• Follow up on purchase orders and ensure smooth order processing.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Actively seek and acquire new outlets (NOO).
• Conduct canvassing and identify new customer opportunities in the area.
• Make regular customer visits according to coverage area.
• Achieve sales, revenue, outlet and NOO targets as set.
• Monitor customer needs and provide information on products and promotions.
• Create activity and visit result reports regularly.
• Conduct area mapping and identify new market development opportunities.
