Job summary

Euronet is seeking a Field Officer in Bali, Indonesia to oversee ATM site identification, acquisition, deployment, and ongoing operations. You will ensure timely site implementation, regulatory compliance, and efficient stakeholder coordination to maximize ATM availability and drive profitability.

The role requires field work, travel, and close collaboration with internal teams to manage end-to-end site lifecycle from selection to post-launch support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years in site acquisition, field operations, ATM deployment, retail expansion, telecommunications, banking infrastructure, or related industries.
• Experience managing projects from site sourcing through operational support is preferred.
• Familiarity with local regulations, permits, and commercial leasing processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure ATM site locations through market surveys and field assessments.
• Coordinate with landlords, vendors, and project teams for site readiness and go-live.

About The Job

We are seeking a Field Officer to oversee the end-to-end management of ATM sites, from identifying and securing strategic locations through deployment, launch, and ongoing site operations. This role is responsible for ensuring timely site implementation, optimal operational performance, regulatory compliance, and effective stakeholder coordination. The Field Officer plays a key role in maximizing ATM availability, enhancing customer convenience, and driving business profitability through efficient site management.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Selection & Acquisition
• Conduct market surveys and field assessments to identify high-potential locations for ATM deployment.
• Analyze footfall, customer demographics, accessibility, security, visibility, and competitor presence.
• Source prospective sites through field visits, local networking, real estate agents, property owners, and business partners.
• Evaluate site feasibility and prepare recommendations based on commercial and operational viability.
• Negotiate rental terms and commercial agreements with landlords and property owners.
• Obtain necessary approvals, permits, and documentation required for site acquisition.
• Site Implementation & Deployment
• Coordinate with landlords, vendors, contractors, and project teams for site readiness.
• Monitor civil, electrical, branding, and infrastructure work to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Ensure timely delivery, installation, and commissioning of ATM equipment and related assets.
• Track project milestones and proactively resolve implementation challenges.
• Maintain deployment documentation, including contracts, handover records, permits, and project reports.
• Site Launch & Go-Live Management
• Support end-to-end launch activities and ensure successful site activation within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with Operations, Technology, Cash Management, and Vendor teams for smooth go-live.
• Verify operational readiness, site branding, security arrangements, and customer accessibility before launch.
• Conduct post-installation inspections and ensure closure of all deployment-related issues.
• Post-Launch Operations & Site Management
• Regularly visit ATM locations to ensure operational efficiency, cleanliness, accessibility, and compliance.
• Ensure to maintain site & branding upkeep with functioning of all assets of the site
• Supervise daily operation/breakdown calls, ensuring uninterrupted service quick resolution.
• Monitoring ATM performance, working on bad actors and ensuring resolution with assistance from internal teams and vendors.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for ATM repairs and updates.
• Monitor ATM security, reporting and addressing any incidents such as card skimming or fraud
• Conduct audits to identify transaction losses and mitigate potential security risk.
• Liaise with landlords and service partners to address maintenance, security, utility, and operational concerns.
• Manage lease renewals, contract amendments, and landlord relationships.
• Identify opportunities for site optimization, relocation, expansion, or closure based on business performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and service-level agreements.
• Stakeholder Management
• Build strong relationships with landlords, property developers, local authorities, vendors, and business partners.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams including Operations, Finance, Legal, Technology, Projects, and Procurement.
• Provide regular updates and reports on site acquisition, deployment progress, operational performance, and challenges.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree.
