Job summary

Electrum is seeking an Enumerator to support the Marketing team by conducting face-to-face surveys and interviews in Jabodetabek over a 3-month period. You will screen respondents, record responses, and ensure data quality to inform business decisions.

The role requires mobility, comfort approaching diverse respondents, and the ability to work independently to meet daily targets. Prior fieldwork is a plus; motorcycle access is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree; fields like Marketing/Statistics/Psychology welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face surveys and structured interviews with target respondents in the field.
• Screen respondents according to sampling criteria and quotas.
• Record responses accurately using digital tools or paper forms.
• Support qualitative fieldwork when required (note-taking, recording, logistics).
• Ensure data quality by checking completeness and consistency before submission.
• Meet daily/weekly fieldwork targets and report progress to the research lead.
• Document field observations and issues encountered during data collection.
• Coordinate with the research team and on-site stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain respondent confidentiality and follow ethics and company guidelines.
