A leading oil and gas company in Kalimantan Timur is seeking an experienced Field Coordinator to oversee field operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Candidates should possess necessary safety training certificates and demonstrate strong communication skills in English. This position offers an opportunity to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Oil and Gas, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Field Coordinator or in a similar position within the oil and gas industry.
Possess an active Basic First Aid Training Certificate.
Possess an active Fire Fighting Training Certificate.
Possess an active HUET and Sea Survival Training Certificate.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Strong understanding of processes, procedures, and regulations within the oil and gas industry.
Coordinate and supervise field operations, ensuring that all work is carried out according to project schedules and established procedures.
Monitor and evaluate field team performance, providing training and support when necessary.
Act as a liaison between field teams and management to ensure effective communication and timely problem resolution.
Identify improvement opportunities and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations, company policies, and work procedures.
Manage documentation and reporting related to field activities and project progress.
