Job summary

PT Hulane Tech Manufacturing, a leading automotive component maker in Cikarang, Bekasi Regency, seeks a Production Operator specialized in FCT Fusebox. The role focuses on operating SMT line machinery, handling line changeovers, and ensuring strict quality standards on PCB assembly.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of hands-on experience in FCT/PCBA, strong soldering skills, and a disciplined approach to quality control and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) preferably with Electrical/Electronic focus.
• Experience with FCT or PCBA is desirable.
• Familiarity with SMT materials and assembly processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate SMT line machinery safely and accurately.
• Manage line changeovers and reload components to meet daily targets.
• Inspect PCB printing and assembly results for defects.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment.
• Assist with scheduled preventive maintenance and 6S on the floor.
