A prominent restaurant group in Indonesia is seeking an experienced FAT Senior Manager to lead financial, accounting, and administrative processes. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented FAT Senior Manager to lead and oversee all financial, accounting, taxation, and administrative processes across the company. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and alignment with corporate policies and government regulations. You will manage budgeting, financial reporting, tax planning, ROI assessments, and team development to support smooth operational and strategic decision-making.
Budgeting & Cash Flow Forecasting
Lead and coordinate annual budgeting processes based on projected performance for the upcoming fiscal year.
Monitor company cash flow to ensure alignment between spending, revenue, and financial targets.
ROI Calculation
Evaluate and calculate cost components related to new store openings or lease renewals.
Provide recommendations and business considerations for new outlet feasibility.
Tax Planning
Develop tax‑compliant financial reporting strategies in alignment with current regulatory requirements.
Review and analyze financial statements prepared by the accounting division.
Prepare and submit reports requested by banks, principals, or other external stakeholders.
People Development
Manage and develop team capabilities to ensure optimal performance aligned with corporate standards.
Oversee competency alignment, workload distribution, and performance monitoring across FAT teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management (preferred).
Minimum 4 years of experience leading Finance/Accounting/Tax teams.
Active English proficiency (spoken & written).
Ability to identify fraud risks, ensure SOP compliance, and adapt to rapid regulatory changes.
Strong financial analysis, accounting, and tax knowledge.
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Ms. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting.
Strong risk management, reporting skills, and system literacy (SAP, Accurate, etc.).
High integrity, adaptability, and problem‑solving capabilities.
