Job summary

A leading energy management company in Cikarang, Indonesia is seeking a Quality Inspector with an electrical engineering background to supervise and monitor the final testing process in Medium Voltage Primary FQC Line. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in testing and quality inspection for medium voltage equipment and fluency in both English and Indonesian. Qualifications

• Experience supervising final inspectors for MV electrical final inspection.

• Create the Final test report to the Testing and FAT sector Manager.
• Ensure the Final test punchlist and FAT/Witness punch list are followed.

Job description

Overview

• Supervise and monitor the Final testing process in Medium Voltage Primary FQC Line and FAT.
• Create the Final test report to the Testing and FAT sector Manager and PM after FQC related processes in FQC MVP line testing.
• Follow and monitor the FQC/Final testing schedule.
• Ensure the Final test punchlist and FAT/Witness punch list are followed up by FQC and the respective department.
• Check the completeness and collect documents for the FQC/Final test process.
• Implement 5S.
• Be aware of hazards and environmental aspects; identify hazards in the workplace and ensure risk control is executed to minimize hazards.
• Execute tasks in accordance with SHE requirements and work procedures; actively participate in the implementation of the SHE management system.

Qualifications

• Education: Electrical Engineering Diploma3 / S1.
• Job Related Experience: Quality Inspector/Testing Final Quality MV Cubicle, Final testing Engineer/Leader/Supervisor, Medium Voltage site/commissioning engineer/supervisor.
• Strong background as testing engineer/testing inspector in MV electrical panel switchboard background such as PIX, Mcset, Mcset Exe, PIXM, PIXH.
• Experience executing/proceeding Factory Acceptance Tests and doing witness with local and abroad customers.
• Experience handling/supervising several members of final inspectors for MV electrical final inspection.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Medium Voltage cubicle final routine test.
• Business Understanding: IEC knowledge for MV SWGR; Mechanical & Electrical knowledge; Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental control rules and systems.
• Others: Fluent/Active in English and Indonesian; reporting and documentation.
