Day and Night is seeking a highly adaptable Digital Brand & Social Media Manager who is passionate about fashion and fluent in digital culture.

This position combines digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution. The main focus will be on managing social media, running Meta Ads, and preparing performance reports.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving creative team. You’ll work closely and collaboratively with creative, product, and operations teams. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of creative and analytical work, stays updated with trends, and wants to grow in a dynamic fashion environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media & Content Creation
    • Plan and execute monthly content calendars for Instagram & TikTok with consistent brand tone
    • Assist in content production (storytelling concepts, creative briefing, hooks, copywriting)
    • Monitor daily performance & optimize accordingly
    • Set up, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads (traffic, conversion, remarketing, etc.)
    • Analyze ad performance, identify insights, and recommend improvements
    • Maintain budget tracking and monthly campaign reporting
  • KOL Management
    • Handle end-to-end KOL collaboration (search, negotiation, briefing, follow-up)
    • Manage product seeding and track content deliverables
  • Copywriting
    • Write campaign narratives, marketing scripts, social media captions, and product copy.
    • Support campaign development across new collections & brand moments
  • Marketing Activation Support
    • Support offline marketing activities such as bazaars, booths, brand events & special launches, including operational assistance.
    • Coordinating logistics with internal teams & vendors
    • On-ground support (staffing, stock checks, merchandising, content capture, customer engagement)
    • Ensuring event-related messaging aligns with digital campaigns
