Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Food Technology) or a related field.
• Experience leading production operations and managing budgets is essential.
• Strong grounding in lean manufacturing and quality management systems (ISO, HACCP).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and demanding environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to be based in Boyolali.
