We produce premium woven and knit apparel, including sophisticated dresses, blouses, pants, skirts, jumpsuits, and casual jackets. Our products are exported to leading brands and specialty stores in the United States and Europe.

Role Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Factory Manager to lead our Solo (Karanganyar) operations and drive excellence and continuous operational improvements across production, quality, people, compliance, and cost efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

Production & Cost Control
  • Oversee end-to-end factory operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and on-time delivery are achieved.
  • Drive cost control initiatives across labor, materials, utilities, and overheads.
  • Continuously improve productivity, quality, efficiency, and operational workflows.
PPIC & Shipment Planning
  • Lead PPIC functions including capacity planning, line loading, production scheduling, and WIP control.
  • Ensure accurate and timely shipment planning aligned with customer delivery requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with merchandising, production, and logistics teams to minimize delays and disruptions.
HR, Compliance & Legal
  • Oversee factory HR operations including manpower planning, discipline, performance management, and industrial relations.
  • Foster a strong culture of teamwork, and enhance employee retention and satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and buyer compliance standards.
  • Support audits (social, security, brand compliance) and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
Export-Import & Logistics
  • Supervise export-import operations to ensure smooth, compliant, and cost-effective logistics flows.
  • Coordinate with forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely shipments.
Bonded Zone Compliance
  • Ensure full compliance with bonded zone regulations, reporting, and documentation.
  • Maintain strong controls over inventory, material movements, and customs reporting.
Factory Maintenance & Enhancements
  • Oversee factory maintenance, safety, housekeeping, and infrastructure.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to layout, equipment utilization, safety, and workplace standards.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized factory environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in garment manufacturing, with several years in a Factory Manager or senior operations role in the apparel industry in Indonesia
  • Strong understanding of Ladies woven and knit Fashion apparel production.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and multiple departments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and working proficiency in English.
  • Willing to be based full-time in Solo (Karanganyar), Central Java.
