Qualifications

- Monitor daily work submission on each warehouse.
 - Control and lead weekly Facility Management meetings.
 - Allocate budget for maintenance and replenishment.

Job Description
- Monitor daily work submission on each warehouse and ensure the progress is recorded properly.
 - Oversee submitted work order requests and coordinate with respective PIC on the execution, while also providing update to requesters.
 - Control and lead weekly Facility Management meeting to provide update to Reporting Managers.
 - Involved in allocating monthly and yearly budget for regular maintenance and consumable & sparepart replenishment.
 - Responsible for building handover process and collect all necessary documentations.
 - Create and maintain a consolidated database to record stock and inventory of our tools, consumables, and PPE.
 - Conduct regular inspection and assessment of assets and facilities' conditions to take any necessary actions (e.g, repairs, replacement, etc).
 - Ensure that all work done are compliance with health and safety regulations.
 - Able to coordinate well with external stakeholders (contractors, vendors, etc) to ensure all work are done properly.
 - Arrange for preventive & regular maintenance of equipment and internal systems (e.g. cooling system, alarms, and security cameras).
 - Collaborate well with Operations and HSE on daily basis.
 - Conduct and evaluate overall performance & attendance record of direct report team members (e.g, areas of improvement, strengths, etc).
 - Have a good understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Plumbing.
 - Know about current active local law and regulations.
 
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering background.
 - Minimum 3 years of experience in Facility Management, Facility Maintenance, and/or Asset Management.
 - Have a good knowledge/ experience maintain Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Plumbing
 - High proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
 - Experienced and well-versed in facility and asset management principles and practices.
 - Have a strong sense of ownership of any given task
 - Strong project management and planning ability to multitask effectively
 - Self-starter, self-driven, independent with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
 - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups at both a general and technical level.
 - Have a solid understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
 - Have good knowledge of current local laws and regulations.
