Job description

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans to proactively identify and address issues with the company's facilities, equipment, and infrastructure and prepare project schedules, reports, budgeting plans, and progress updates.
2. Lead, plan, and oversee all project activities covering Building Maintenance, Cleaning Service, Landscape, and Security to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
3. Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization and prepare project schedules, reports, budgeting plans, and progress updates.
4. Collaborate with the operations team to minimize disruptions and ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
5. Oversee the procurement of necessary parts, tools, and supplies to support maintenance activities and coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
6. Ensure the company's facilities and operations comply with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and ensure compliance with safety standards (K3), operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
7. Contribute to the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a facility or maintenance management role within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
2. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of industrial equipment, machinery, and infrastructure.
3. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, diagrams, and maintenance manuals.
4. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross‑functional teams.
6. Ability to lead and motivate a team of maintenance technicians.
7. Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
