Overview

Responsibilities involve operation and maintenance of power equipment within the jurisdiction area, including meter reading, temperature inspection, and related tasks. Responsibilities also include emergency repair in the workshop, general maintenance of power equipment, cooperation with energy conservation initiatives, and self-inspection of HVAC facilities with follow-up and rectification.

Responsibilities (Facility)
  • Operate power equipment (air compressor, water chiller, dehumidifier, boiler, dust removal system, etc.) in the designated area; perform meter readings and temperature inspections.
  • Emergency repair and treatment in the workshop (abnormal conditions such as wind cabinet, dehumidifier, compressed gas, vacuum, etc.).
  • Maintain HVAC-related equipment (air conditioning cabinets, dehumidifiers, vacuum pumps, air compressors, water chillers).
  • Cooperate with the development and implementation of the company\'s energy conservation and consumption reduction efforts.
  • Conduct self-inspections and self-corrections of HVAC facilities; perform special investigations, follow-up, and rectification.
Fire Responsibilities
  • Learn and be familiar with base fire protection standards; implement daily standards and supervise suppliers for compliance.
  • Strictly implement the annual work plan; regularly check supplier records and assist in summarizing factory fire protection work.
  • Inspect fire protection facilities, control rooms, water pump rooms, and valve body rooms weekly to ensure normal and effective operation.
  • Regularly organize and test firefighting facilities to ensure normal and effective operation.
  • Organize suppliers to complete improvements/renovations of the factory\'s fire protection system to meet user needs and ensure safe, stable operation.
  • Be familiar with the main engine of fire control; perform duty tasks in the fire control room and record fire alarms, feedback, and fault information.
  • Be familiar with the use of firefighting facilities and maintain emergency response awareness.
Qualifications
(Facility)
  1. Qualifications: Technical secondary school degree or above (Diploma III/Bachelor Degree); HVAC or related majors are preferred.
  2. Familiar with the operating principle of HVAC equipment (refrigeration, etc.) and air compressors; understand general HVAC drawings and master the maintenance and repair methods of HVAC facilities.
  3. In-depth knowledge of air compressors, water chillers, boilers, etc. is preferred.
  4. Proficient in office software and CAD drawing; office software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  5. Bahasa Indonesia (English preferred).
  6. Demonstrates good professionalism, teamwork awareness, and a sense of responsibility.
  7. License or certifications in this field are a plus; examples include:
  8. BNSP: Level 2 or Level 3 HVAC Technician
  9. Kemenperin: K3 Technician for HVAC
(Fire)
  1. Qualifications required: High school degree or above (Diploma III/Bachelor Degree); fire protection major preferred.
  2. Understand relevant standards and specifications of fire protection.
  3. Familiar with operation principles of fire-fighting facilities and basic abnormal investigation and treatment.
  4. Familiar with various firefighting facilities and their maintenance content, including abnormal disposal methods.
  5. Proficient in using office software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  6. Language requirements: Indonesian (English preferred).
  7. Experience: more than 2 years in fire protection system maintenance; strong learning ability.
  8. Skills: good professionalism, teamwork, and sense of responsibility.
  9. Having a license or certificate for Fire Fighting Type D or C is a plus.
