Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum SMK/D3 in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Good leadership and communication abilities.
• Able to monitor team performance and work progress.
• Able to coordinate with Production, Engineering, Safety, and other departments.
• Able to identify root causes of mechanical or electrical problems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair factory buildings, facilities, and utilities.
• Maintain equipment such as air compressors, water pumps, HVAC, ventilation, water systems, and drainage.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize breakdowns.
• Lead and coordinate mechanics/technicians and distribute daily maintenance tasks.
• Assist with machine installation, relocation, and facility preparation.
• Monitor and manage maintenance spare parts and tools.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repair and maintenance work.
• Ensure all maintenance activities follow safety procedures and factory regulations.
• Prepare maintenance, repair, and equipment inspection reports.
• Support Production, Engineering, Sewing, Cutting, Assembly, and other departments for facility and mechanical problems.
