Education

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A degree or diploma in hospitality management
• Business administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the food and beverage department
• Previous experiences in minor leadership and supervisory roles

Skills

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Good understanding of hospitality restaurant, including food safety and hygiene
• Ability to create and develop opportunities for food and beverage sales
• Interest in food and nutrition
• Diligent, meticulous, and able to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Competence in MS Outlook, Words, and Excel
