About the role

This role is responsible to provide administrative and operational support in managing, maintaining, and publishing training and assessment materials. This role ensures training content is accurate, up to date, and compliant with Thiess Institute standards, enabling efficient delivery of learning resources across all regions.

In this role, you will:
  • Organise and maintain training documents, reports, templates, and records.
  • Ensure version control of documents and assist in maintaining standardised formats.
  • Upload and archive training materials into LAAMP and the Learning Portal as instructed.
  • Assist in preparing drafts, formatting, and compiling training content.
  • Support quality checks on training documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Track and update project timelines and provide progress updates.
  • Upload and organise training materials in the Learning Portal and LAAMP.
  • Maintain records of training completions, templates, and assessments.
  • Provide administrative support for digital content updates.
About you
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Training Administration, Document Management, or a related field.
  • A diploma with relevant experience may also be considered.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in training administration, content/document management, or publishing.
  • Experience in corporate training environments or document control is preferred.
  • Exposure to graphic design or basic layout tools (desirable).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and file management systems.
  • Ability to track, organise, and maintain training documents, templates, and records.
  • Familiarity with version control, file naming standards, and content archiving.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills to manage multiple requests.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage conflict and demonstrate resilience in a dynamic environment.
  • Basic understanding of compliance, safety, or training-related legislation (desirable).
  • Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail in handling documents and training content.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
