Job summary

PT Mulia Industrindo, Tbk seeks an Export Sales Executive (Glass) to drive international glass sales from Cikarang, West Java. This full-time role focuses on expanding our global market presence and maintaining strong overseas client relationships.

You will research global opportunities, implement sales strategies, and report market insights to management. Bachelor’s degree and Mandarin (HSK 4) plus English are required; on-site in Cikarang. Fresh graduates are welcome.

We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Executive (Glass) to join our dynamic team at PT Mulia Industrindo, Tbk. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our international clients. Based in Cikarang, West Java, you will play a crucial role in expanding our global market presence within the glass industry.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new B2B market opportunities and potential buyers globally
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets in international markets
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Provide regular sales reports and market insights to the management team

What we're looking for

• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Chinese Language or related field
• Fresh graduates or young professionals with less than 1 year of experience are highly encouraged to apply
• Results-driven personality with a hunger to exceed sales targets
• Strong cross-cultural communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (HSK 4 certification is highly preferred) & English is essential
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang (full on-site)
