About the role

As the Export Manager at PT ANEKA PANGAN INTERNASIONAL, you will be responsible for driving the company's international sales and export growth strategies. This full-time position is based in Tangerang, Banten, and will involve leading a team to identify and pursue new export opportunities in key markets around the world while ensuring compliance with export regulations and smooth coordination across departments.

What you'll be doing
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive export sales and marketing plans to expand the international customer base
  • Identifying target markets, conducting market research, and evaluating new business opportunities
  • Negotiating and closing export sales contracts with international customers
  • Managing a team of export sales representatives and providing mentorship and guidance
  • Collaborate with all relevant departments (production, logistics, finance, legal, etc.) to ensure proper implementation of export regulations and efficient operations
  • Monitoring export performance, analyzing data, and reporting on key metrics to senior management
  • Staying up to date with relevant industry regulations, trade agreements, and market trends and export regulations
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales or new business development, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • At least 2 years in a managerial position, with proven leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in coffee, chocolate, and/or tea will be considered a strong advantage
  • Proven track record of successful export market expansion and sales growth
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong international relationships
  • Proficiency in English (written & verbal); additional language skills are a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to make data‑driven decisions
  • Familiarity with international trade regulations, logistics, and export documentation
  • Willingness to travel and undertake business trips as required
