PT Trisindo Prima Cargo in Jakarta seeks an experienced Import Freight Forwarding professional to handle and maintain import documentation, ensure accurate PIB submissions, and coordinate with Sales, Shipping Lines, and Operations. You will verify DOs and charges, manage e-billing and delivery arrangements, and monitor customs updates for timely customer updates.

Handle and maintain import documentation including B/L, Invoice, Packing List, Insurance, and COO
Prepare and submit PIB through CEISA 4.0, ensuring correct HS Code classification
Review manifest details and validate draft PIB before submission
Coordinate closely with Sales, Shipping Lines, and Operations to ensure smooth clearance process
Monitor incoming pre-alerts and share relevant information with customers
Verify draft manifest and related charges for Delivery Order (D/O) and freight (collect) payable to third parties
Prepare and submit payment requests for D/O, freight, and other third-party charges
Send PIB drafts to customers and follow up for confirmation or revisions until finalized
Issue e-billing and proceed with delivery arrangements once payment is received
Track customs updates (INP, NPD, NOTUL) and inform customers promptly
Complete and organize documentation required for billing and file closing
Minimum 3 years experience in import freight forwarding.
Familiar with Delivery Order (DO) process
Excellent knowledge of import procedures and customs regulations.
Proficient in CEISA 4.0 and HS Code classification is a must.
Fluent in English (spoken & written).
Good communication skills, attention to detail and are able to work under pressure.
