Job summary

A logistics company in Indonesia is seeking an experienced individual for customs clearance and import/export management. The candidate should have a Diploma 4 or Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in customs processes. Proficiency in English is required, and speaking Chinese is a plus. The position is based in Klapanunggal, Cileungsi (Bogor).

• Knowledgeable in PPIK, PIB, PEB, HS Code, taxes, and related processes
• Proficient in English and able to speak Chinese is a plus
• Willing to be placed in Klapanunggal, Cileungsi (Bogor)

Job Responsibilities

1. To understand the rules and regulations of the import process
2. To manage all duties associated with import and export activities.
3. To prepare and gather data related to imports and exports, and handle all shipping, receiving, and record keeping for international transactions.
4. Supervise and coordinate import/export operations. Ensure that they are monitored, reported and reviewed for accuracy, in accordance with applicable regulations, rules, policies and procedures
