PT. Emirad International Logistics is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as EXIM, CS & Shipment Admin.

This position will play a key role in ensuring smooth logistics and documentation processes across departments.

Responsibilities
  • Handle and prepare all export–import documentation (PEB, PIB, Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, etc.).
  • Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate shipment arrangements.
  • Monitor shipment schedules, delivery status, and ensure all operational documents are properly filed.
  • Maintain communication with clients to provide updates and resolve shipment-related issues.
  • Support the operations team in handling day-to-day logistics activities and administrative tasks.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records related to shipments and customer handling.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and customs regulations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • Prior experience in export-import, customer service, or logistics operations preferred.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) etc.
  • Intermediate English proficiency is a MUST
