About the role

We are seeking an experienced Export Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team at PT. TOTAL SOLUSI EXPRESSINDO'. In this full-time role based in Central Jakarta, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our export clients, ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of their shipments.

What you'll be doing

• Serve as the primary point of contact for export customers, responding to inquiries, managing shipment requests, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the timely and accurate processing of export documentation and customs clearance
• Provide proactive updates to customers on the status of their shipments and any potential delays or changes
• Assist with the preparation and submission of export declarations and other necessary paperwork
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and address customer needs, and contribute to the development of new export services
• Stay up-to-date with changes in export regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of experience in an export customer service or logistics coordination role, preferably within the import/export and customs industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, internal teams, and external partners
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant export management tools
• In-depth knowledge of export regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
