Source, vet, and onboard cleaning and maintenance vendors for new properties.
Coordinate vendor availability, negotiate rates when appropriate, and confirm properties meet quality standards before going live.
Communicate directly with property owners to provide updates, answer questions, and schedule vendor visits based on their availability.
Collect accurate property and vendor information and share it with Launch Managers and Live Operations.
Maintain clear communication with clients and vendors through phone, text, and email.
Organize and verify all onboarding details to support a smooth handoff to Live Operations.
Identify potential issues early and resolve them to avoid launch delays.
Follow established onboarding workflows and recommend improvements when needed.
