Responsibilities

• Provide regular updates and reports to the Business and Operations PIC regarding the Expansion Project.
• Collaborate closely with regional teams to follow up on location sourcing and selection.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Team to conduct site surveys for English Academy centers.
• Update, coordinate, and oversee all legal and licensing procedures related to expansion.
• Monitor and manage the bidding process for the renovation of English Academy centers.
• Supervise and ensure timely execution of renovation works at English Academy centers.
• Procure, coordinate, and monitor the delivery of assets and furniture for new English Academy centers.
• Monitor the maintenance process of English Academy centers.
