Exim Supervisor - Transportation/Warehousing - Cikarang (C-120498)

Our client is a Japanese Transportation/Warehousing company. Currently, they are looking for Exim Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit existing clients and referral clients from group companies to conduct sales activities.
• Accompany Japanese sales staff and participate in business meetings when necessary.
• Create and manage documents related to import/export operations.
• Coordinate with other departments in Japan and abroad, including suppliers, forwarders, and logistics companies.
• Manage schedules, documentation, profit calculations, and other related tasks.
• Update import/export regulations.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Business-level English proficiency.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience handling import procedures for restricted commodities designated by the Indonesian government (any industry).
• Experience working in a Japanese company.
• Ability to independently identify HS codes and required import licenses, with solid knowledge of Indonesian import regulations and documentation.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
