Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Transportation from a reputable university.
• At least 3 years working experience as Customer Service in Logistics/Freight Forwarding.
• Well-organized and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Computer literate.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Willing to support 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Handle all documents for EXIM process.
• Monitor shipment progress and update report.
• Build good relations with shipping agents, co-loaders, vendors, and customers.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations regarding shipment progress.
• Handle customer requirements for documents and complaints.
