About the role

We are seeking an experienced EXIM Assistant Manager to join our team at PT Sepatu Mas Idaman, a leading company in the manufacturing, transportation and logistics industry. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the import and export operations of our warehousing, storage and distribution business located in Sukaraja, Bogor, West Java.

What you'll be doing
  • Prepare customs‑related documents for local and waste sales (BC 25, invoice, packing list, costing).
  • Handle duty & tax payable related to waste and local sales.
  • Manage all permits related to Customs Facilities.
  • Maintain accurate and organized document filing.
  • Provide operational support in customs matters.
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor (or above) degree in Accounting, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years working experiences in a Bonded Zone (Kawasan Berikat) company.
  • Experience in customs administration in footwear industry is an advantage.
  • Custom expertise certified such as SERTIF, AHLI Kepabean are preferable.
  • Familiar with customs documents (BC 23, BC 25, BC 261, BC 262, BC 27, BC 40).
  • Detail‑oriented, disciplined, and able to work under deadlines.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • The person should be able to work in fast‑paced environment.
  • Willing to be located in Bogor.
