Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of progressive legal experience.
• At least 9 years in a senior leadership role.
• Prior experience in agribusiness, plantation, FMCG, or natural resources is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor to the Board of Directors.
• Oversee the company's legal compliance with Indonesian laws.
• Lead and manage all corporate transactions.
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts.
