Executive Quality Assurance Quality Control

This position is for PT. Kreasijaya Adhikarya

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Quality Control Executive to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. In this role, you will conduct precise sampling and analysis, report findings, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain excellence across raw materials, production processes, and finished goods. Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct regular supervision and monitoring of subordinates' work.
• Coordinate and plan production according to sales and shipment requirement.
• Prepare and update SOPs and Work Instructions (WI) as operational guidelines in the laboratory.
• Verify and perform spot checks on subordinates' work to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Create blending formulations and analysis reports as needed.
• Monitor inventory of chemicals, laboratory glassware, and office supplies (ATK).
• Conduct regular discussions with laboratory team members to address operational issues and find solutions.
• Coordinate with related departments to discuss production planning, challenges, and improvement suggestions to achieve quality and production capacity targets for PT. Kreasijaya shipments.
• Participate in management meetings to report operational conditions and receive directives from the QA/QC Manager and President Director.
• Send Certificate of Analysis (COA) to buyers (in‑house analysis) during shipment.
• Ensure timely and proper calibration, verification, and maintenance of laboratory instruments.

Job Success Requirements

• Min. bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from a reputable university with CGPA > 3.0.
• Min 5 years working experience in manufacturing industry, preferably chemical, refinery.
• Must have proven track records in successful achievement in process improvement/optimization or plant reliability projects.
• Able to perform heat and mass balance and pressure loss calculation.
• Good command in engineering simulation software (HYSYS/UniSim, HTRI) will be an added advantage.
